🎄☃️ Christmas 2025 & New Year Dates
Recommend last date to place UK orders to be delivered by Christmas is Thursday 18th December and choose Express shipping! These will be dispatched on Friday 19th December. *This is NOT guaranteed delivery, however we'll aim to send all Express orders by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day, for the best chance of them arriving on or before 22nd/23rd December.
For Standard UK delivery, we recommend the last order date to be Monday 15th December (for dispatch on Tuesday 16th) - as during this peak time, we are currently seeing small delays with all services, with all our couriers and therefore recommend allowing extra time for delivery to avoid disappointment.
The key dates are:
Friday 19th December - Recommended last dispatch for delivery before Christmas (Choose Express shipping)
Monday 22nd December - Final dispatch before Christmas
Tuesday 23rd December - Thursday 1st January 2026 - No dispatches
Friday 2nd January - Regular dispatches resume (However as we'll have almost 2 weeks of orders to process, please allow a little extra time, as we'll process them based on order date!)
During this time, emails and messages will still be answered, however please expect a little delay!

Delivery Info
All our products are stocked and dispatched from the UK!
To keep things easy, we offer simple postage options, based on the total weight of the order.
Dispatch times are usually next day wherever possible. Live processing and dispatch times are displayed in the banner at the top of the website, so you are informed of our current processing and dispatch times before checkout.
UK Postage options are (per order):

Orders over £100 include free delivery - Or upgrade to Express for £2.50
Please note the delivery time aims are working days and outside of our control, sometimes there are minor delays with the shipping services and the delivery times are not guaranteed. We dispatch Monday to Friday.
We use Royal Mail, DPD and UPS - the service used varies depending on your location and the contents of the order, as we always aim to use the most reliable service depending on these factors. All shipping options are fully tracked.
There are occasionally exceptions to certain locations for these services, in these circumstances, we will contact you to arrange alternatives.
International Shipping
Shipping to outside of the UK is also possible (excluding liquid, cream, wax products - which we cannot ship internationally at this time).
Pricing is quoted at checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote if this isn't offered at checkout or your destination country is not currently listed as an option.
Please allow an extra day for processing and dispatch, from our currently estimated dispatch time, as we have to prepare the paperwork for international shipments.
Please note, shipments outside of the UK, may incur customs/VAT/duty charges, these are outside of our control and costs vary by destination. The customer is responsible for settling these charges directly with the shipping courier.
