Delivery/Shipping
All our products are stocked and dispatched from the UK!
To keep things easy, we offer simple postage options, based on the total weight of the order.
Dispatch times are usually next day (or same day) wherever possible. Live processing and dispatch times are displayed in the banner at the top of the website, so you are informed of our current processing and dispatch time aim before checkout.
UK *(Excluding Northern Ireland) postage options are (per order):

(Free UK delivery over £100 actually includes £99.99, as didn't want to exclude any bundles that are 1p short of free delivery!)

We typically use Royal Mail for Northern Ireland. Free shipping to Northern Ireland is available over £150.00 or upgrade to express for £2.50

Please note the delivery time aims are working days and outside of our control, sometimes there are minor delays with the shipping services/couriers and the delivery times are not guaranteed. We dispatch Monday to Friday and aim to ship as many orders as possible within the timeframe stated in the banner at the top of our site.
We use Royal Mail, DPD and UPS - the service used varies depending on your location and the contents of the order, as we always aim to use the most reliable service depending on these factors. All shipping options are fully tracked.
For exceptionally heavy orders, shipping may not be automatically calculated at checkout - please contact us if this happens.
There are occasionally exceptions to certain locations for these services, in these circumstances, we will contact you to arrange alternatives.
International Shipping
Shipping to outside of the UK is also possible (excluding liquid, cream, wax products - which we cannot ship internationally at this time). Most international shipments are sent with UPS.
Pricing for international shipping is quoted at checkout. Please contact us for a shipping quote if this isn't offered at checkout or your destination country is not currently listed as an option.
Please allow an extra day for processing and dispatch, from our currently estimated dispatch time, as we have to prepare the paperwork for international shipments.
Please note, shipments outside of the UK, may incur customs/VAT/duty charges, these are outside of our control and costs vary by destination. The customer is responsible for settling these charges directly with the shipping courier.
