Festive dispatch times 2024/2025:

Tuesday 24th - Sunday 29th December - No dispatches

Tuesday 31st December - Wednesday 1st January - No dispatches

Thursday 2nd January - Return to usual dispatch times, but please allow a couple of days for dispatch, as we fulfill orders from the festive break.

 

Delivery Info

To keep things easy, we offer simple postage options, based on the total weight of the order.

Dispatch times are usually next day wherever possible. Live processing and dispatch times are displayed in the banner at the top of the website, so you are informed of our current processing and dispatch times before checkout.

UK Postage options are (per order):

	Up to 2kg	2-15kg
Standard	£4.00	£5.00
Express	£5.00	£6.50

 

We use Royal Mail, DPD and UPS - the service used varies depending on your location and the contents of the order.

Orders over £100 include free delivery - Or upgrade to Express for £2.50

There are occasionally exceptions to certain locations for these services, in these circumstances, we will contact you to arrange alternatives.

 

International Shipping

Shipping to outside of the UK is also possible (for none liquid, cream, wax products only). 

Pricing is quoted at checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote if this isn't offered at checkout or your destination country is not currently listed as an option.

Please note, shipments outside of the UK, may incur customs/VAT/duty charges, these are outside of our control and costs vary by destination. The customer is responsible for settling these charges directly with the shipping courier.
