Do you have a shop/where are you based?

Currently we are online only, this helps us keep our prices down and ensure fast customer service and dispatch times. We are a British business, with all our in stock products ready for dispatch from our UK warehouse.

 

What is the optional swivel inlet available on short trigger guns? 
The optional swivel inlet is located between the inlet of the short trigger gun and the pressure washer hose adapter (or can be used directly with an M22 ended hose), it is designed to help reduce how much the hose twists during use, as you move around the vehicle.

Will the Karcher K series compatible trigger guns fit my pressure washer?

The K series compatible trigger guns are compatible with the later Karcher K series pressure washers, they do not however fit the older C-Clip style hoses. The best way to check compatibility is to look at the end of the hose that fits into your current trigger gun, if it looks like the below, it is the later K series range and will fit any of our K series compatible trigger guns.

Some K2 models may have plastic ended hoses, rather than brass, an example is also shown below, these are also compatible with our K series trigger guns.

If you do have an older C-clip hose end and/or it doesn't look the ones above, then please contact us and we'll assist with what options are available. We've had many happy customers with older Karcher models, that we've helped to update and future proof their setup (so any trigger guns or hoses they purchase can be reused on newer models at a later date), whilst keeping their existing pressure washer. 

Will the Nilfisk compatible trigger guns fit my pressure washer?

The Nilfisk compatible trigger guns fit the C and E series ranges, however they also fit a number of the D series and P (Premium) series pressure washer hoses. The best way to check compatibility is to look at the end of the hose that fits into your current trigger gun, if it looks like the below, then it is compatible with any of our Nilfisk compatible trigger guns.

 

My hose doesn't look like any of the above, what can I do?!
